Placing an Order: What You Need to Know

Stock Verification & Shipping
We promptly verify the availability of your items with our suppliers. Most accessories and pre-built saunas are ready for immediate dispatch, while custom sauna orders may require additional time (see the "Shipping Timeline" section below).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we will proceed with shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information on the day your order is dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within six business days of your purchase, please reach out to us through any of our communication channels.

Order Refusal Policy
Refusing delivery for reasons other than damage or shipping errors will result in a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges.
